Refund Policy
We want you to have nothing but good experience with our brand, so we made our refund policy as clear as possible. We strongly believe in the quality of our products, however, if you are not satisfied with the product received and want a refund or an exchange, please contact us at support@goodboypaws.com.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Our policy lasts 180 days. If 180 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you changed your mind and do not want the item you’ve ordered anymore, simply contact us at support@goodboypaws.com. If the item is still in the stage of processing, we will cancel your order and send you a refund.
Note, that if the item has already been dispatched from the warehouse, you can apply for a refund or an exchange only after receiving it.
To complete your refund or an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
WHEN OUR POLICY APPLIES
Our policy only applies when:
1). You didn’t receive your item from us.
Please note, that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Otherwise, if the item did not arrive and we can confirm that, you will be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
2). You received your item from us, but the item isn’t what you ordered.
In this case the item will be eligible for a refund or an exchange if:
- The item is materially different from its description;
- You received a different item variation (size, color, etc.);
- You received a completely different item;
- The condition of the item was misrepresented;
- The item is missing major parts or features and those facts were not disclosed in the description of the item when you bought it;
- You purchased a certain number of items but didn’t receive them all;
- The item was damaged during shipment;
- The item is unusable in its received state and was not disclosed as such.
Please provide photographic evidence for any of the cases listed above, if possible.
Note, that the item will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange if:
- The defect in the item was correctly described in its description.
- The item was properly described but you didn't want it after you received it.
- The item was properly described but did not meet your expectations.
OTHER NOTICES
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
Gifts are non-refundable and can only be exchanged. Apart from that, gifts are no exception to our policy.
