Where is my order?

As soon as your tracking number is available, we will send it to you via email. Note, that you won’t be able to track your order until it is processed and shipped out from one of our warehouses. You can track your order online on any tracking website. For processing, please allow up to 3 business days (in peak periods processing might take up to 6 business days), though most of the orders are processed in 24 hours.

How long will the shipping take?

Shipping times vary greatly depending on the destination country, but on average shipping usually takes 8–20 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order is still in processing stage, we can cancel your order upon your request. For more details regarding order cancellation and refunds, see our Refund Policy.

I ordered multiple products, but have received only one. What's happening?

Since we send products from different warehouses, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Don't worry, it is quite normal that you receive one product a few days before the other.

What should I do if my item didn’t arrive, my item came damaged or if I recieved the wrong item?

In any of the cases listed above, please contact us. We will address your issue as soon as possible according to our Refund Policy.

What countries can you ship to?

We ship worldwide!

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept PayPal for all countries and all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express) for most tier 1 countries.

What currency can I pay in?

The prices in our store display in your local currency (you can hover over the price to see it in USD). However, at checkout, you will be billed in USD. Your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your subtotal depending on their current conversion rates.
